Featured in Brentwood Lifestyle: Fall Fashion with Ivy Calvert
Every once in a while, you get a true pinch-me moment — and being featured in Brentwood Lifestyle’s September “Style” issue was one of those for me. The article, Fall Fashion with Ivy Calvert, beautifully written by Sophie Brock, highlighted my work as a personal stylist in Brentwood and Nashville and the philosophy behind Calvert & Co. Styling.
Seeing my name and styling advice in print was both surreal and affirming. As a stylist of 8 years, for me, it’s about so much more than clothes — it’s helping women step confidently into their next chapter. The transformation goes far deeper than what’s hanging in their closets.
A huge bonus of this feature was being able to choose the creative team I wanted to work with. Manifold Studios took the most gorgeous photos for the spread (you can see them below!), and the Veronica Beard boutique in Nashville graciously hosted our shoot. Styling, of course, was by me — and it was such a joy to bring the looks to life in a space that felt true to the story we were telling.

Why this feature matters
This feature isn’t just about fashion — it’s about showing women that their style can be a tool for growth. My clients in Brentwood, Nashville, and beyond often come to me feeling stuck, frustrated, or disconnected from their wardrobes. Through my signature IVY-Method, I help them edit, refine, and rebuild their closets so they can feel magnetic and at ease in every aspect of their lives.
Being able to share that mission in a publication that so many of my local clients read feels like a full-circle moment.
